Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team operating within the tech industry in Lowell, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving a variety of hardware, software, and network issues reported by users. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Actively listen, question, and conduct research to diagnose user-reported issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems

• Provide users with clear and concise instructions to navigate through solutions

• Document all issues and their resolutions in a ticketing system thoroughly

• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our company's technology and procedures

• Stay current with new technologies through continuous learning. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in using Ticketing System

• Ability to conduct Basic Troubleshooting

• Knowledge in Basic Network Troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them accordingly
