About the Team:
The Lead Enterprise Business Process Consultant will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across various domains, including IT, Risk, Cybersecurity, Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Cash, Finance, and Customer Support.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping and reengineering, excellent communication skills, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities:
• Document current state end-to-end business processes using business process modeling notations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process efficiencies through process changes and system enhancements.
• Lead process redesign workshops to drive improvements. Monitor process performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the global user community to understand new initiatives that may lead to updated processes.
• Identify process adherence issues and corresponding training opportunities for the broader user community.
• Partner with business units and IT Business System Analysts to ensure system enhancement requirements are clear, documented, and approved.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure appropriate test plans are in place for each documented business process.
• Develop and recommend strategies to optimize business processes and projects.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in operations.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support.
• Facilitate change management and training for staff affected by new processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support the implementation of new processes.
Basic Requirements:
• 7-10+ years of experience with BPMN, EPC, HPM, and proficiency with business process modeling tools.
• 7-10+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and identifying opportunities for process efficiencies through system enhancements.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior consultants, providing guidance and support.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders and collaborate with the global user community.
• Experience facilitating change management and training for staff affected by new processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to perform market research and analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in documenting business requirements and providing ongoing feedback.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Salesforce.com, Cognos, and other large ERP/CRM/BI solutions.
• Experience supporting a global organization and understanding new initiatives that may lead to updated processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring appropriate test plans are in place for each documented business process.
• Six Sigma certification and experience with ISO certification processes
• Partner with business units and IT Business System Analysts to ensure system enhancement requirements are clear, documented, and approved.
• Identify process adherence issues and corresponding training opportunities for the broader user community.

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
