Lowell Company is looking for a Full Time Order Entry Specialist Data Entry Specialist Job Description Understand the flow, function and form of everyday processing at CSI Review Job Orders entered into software system (DWOS) in a timely manner Print out Job Orders and distribute to line folders in a timely manner Use email and phone contact to inquire about specific Purchase Orders or Contracts Understand and interpret technical documentation including specifications and customer requirements Work effectively with head of shipping & receiving department Communicate effectively with production to explain technical requirements Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with professional email communication Good research skills and attention to detail Ability to read mechanical drawings/blueprints Evaluation Criteria Attendance Attitude towards co-workers Level of courtesy with customers Level of patience and conscientiousness towards customers needs Accuracy of job orders If interested please email
