Ref #:



•Produce consolidated MNT & SUB Revenue and Retention reporting for both domestic and international business units

•Work cross functionally with other business leads and senior management to create and develop new business metrics that help drive business success.

•Create and distribute monthly reporting packages focusing on Support and subscription revenue using both financial and operational based metrics while adhering to deadlines.

•Create monthly forecasts (retention, bookings, billings, revenue and deferred revenue) that incorporates current data and any relevant functional input.

•Perform P&L variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets

•Participate in the monthly close process including journal entry preparation, various revenue recognition, revenue and balance sheet reconciliations and operational reporting as required

•Prepare and collaborate with the team on developing annual budgets

•Review results/variance analysis with function or department heads and assist with guiding them to meet their overall financial objectives

•Identify issues, propose and drive forward solutions on new and existing reporting

•Partner with IT for system solutioning for new data capture/ reporting requirements

•Create ad hoc analysis as needed


Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus

•Advanced Excel skill level with modeling experience

•Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & strong interpersonal skills

•Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work well within deadlines

•Ability to work in a fast-paced envsanderironment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues

•5-10 years’ experience in a Financial Analyst role including financial modeling and reporting in MS Excel

•Experience working with different data sources such as ERP systems knowledge (E.g. transaction flows) required (Oracle preferred)

•Experience with Cognos BI a plus
