Job Title: Security Site Supervisor

Location: Lowell, MA

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $28.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a new build data center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence and decisiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of security officers, ensuring they are effectively trained, equipped, and motivated.

  • Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures tailored to the site's specific needs.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all security equipment is functional and up to date.

  • Monitor security operations and respond to incidents promptly, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel shifts.

  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to management regarding site security status and any significant incidents.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their security needs are met.

  • Provide regular training and briefings to security personnel on safety procedures and site-specific challenges.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to site security.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

  • Proficient in using security technology and equipment.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and legal requirements related to security.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
