The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager to support asset-liability management (ALM), investment portfolio management, derivatives, budgeting, and profitability analysis. This role involves preparing and reviewing financial models, performing detailed financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset-Liability/Liquidity Management:

• Prepare ALM presentations for the Board of Directors and Management ALCO meetings.

• Maintain and analyze the Asset Liability simulation model, including scenario comparisons and back-testing.

• Review Economic Value of Equity (EVE) results and update liquidity contingency systems.

• Produce cash flow forecasts and ensure ALM procedures are regularly updated.

• Investment Portfolio Management:

• Participate in strategy meetings and conduct analyses for potential security transactions.

• Monitor and analyze investment sectors, including MBS and CMO, using Bloomberg.

• Perform or review pricing and reasonableness tests for investments and prepare related reports.

• Derivatives:

• Reconcile monthly interest rate swaps and monitor derivative collateral positions.

• Coordinate collateral transfers with counterparty banks.

• Budgeting and Profitability:

• Create and maintain Vena templates for budgeting and ALM processes.

• Analyze bank-wide financial trends, prepare profitability reports, and support cost center budget managers.

• Provide decision-making support in budgeting and reporting.

• Other Duties:

• Conduct quarterly correspondent bank reviews.

• Assist with various projects as needed and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, asset-liability management, and investment portfolio management, with experience in using financial software such as Bloomberg and Vena. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Business Systems and Confluence

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Data Mining Techniques

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions and Auditing practices

• Experience in Budget Processes and Capital Management

• Knowledge of Asset Liability Management

• Previous experience in the Banking Industry is preferred

• Advanced proficiency in financial data analysis and statistical forecasting

• Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred

• Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are advantageous
