Description

The Strategic Solutions Specialist, Product Marketing role is a newly created position within UKG’s Portfolio Marketing organization. This team is responsible for developing and evangelizing the marketing strategy of UKG Pro, strategic solutions, and the ongoing creation of marketing materials, programs, and product initiatives relative to our strategic offerings for the mid-market/enterprise market segments.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and collaborative product marketing specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for helping organizations excel in the area of people practices by providing guidance, best practices, helpful insights, and exceptional technology solutions, this role is for you. You’ll join a team of high performing individuals, collaborating with cross functional teams in Marketing and throughout UKG to support UKG Pro and strategic offerings for the mid-market / enterprise segments, supporting the launch of new products to market to drive new business, and creating impactful product marketing content.

About You:

o As member of the Product Marketing Team (Strategic Solutions), you will be responsible for supporting the team and the overall product marketing strategy including:

o Support the execution of the go-to-market marketing strategy by partnering with Product Management, Corporate Development, Marketing, and Sales on acquisition integrations and launches, content creation, and sales support for strategic offerings across the business.

o Become a valuable member of the product marketing team by supporting cross functional work across the team, Marketing, Product, Presales, and Sales organizations to influence messaging, sales enablement, marketing programs, and other key product marketing activities.

o Support the execution of UKG’s strategic solutions through content creation, product education, and the consistent alignment with the Mid-market and Enterprise Segment Marketing teams to support demand creation and sales support to further increase win rates in the Mid-market and Enterprise markets.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, collaborates, and understands how to execute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Marketing

• 3+ years experience in project management

• 2+ years supporting marketing and sales organizations

• Experience supporting and collaborating with high performing teams.

• Prior experience marketing to human resources, payroll, and/or small business leaders.

• Preferred experience working for a SaaS company

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with cross-functional teams

• Outstanding attention to detail; must be highly organized

• Enthusiastic, innovative, and creative spirit who can synthesize information quickly
