Eastern Bank Operational Fraud Specialist I in Lynn, Massachusetts
The Operational Fraud Specialist is responsible for monitoring systems, reports, and activity for potential fraud. Fraud can be related to a variety of payments, transaction types, and Online Banking events. Transaction/payment types include, but are not limited to, wires, ACH, debit card, deposits, checks. Operational Fraud Specialist primary role is identifying possible cases of fraud and escalating concerns to the Department Team Lead and/or Manager. Other duties may be required.
