What you will do:

  • Participate in team projects such as policy maintenance, process improvement planning, and working with our Shared Services team to build the HR Compliance function

  • Work closely with the HR Compliance Specialist to learn and develop best practices within the organization and HR team Interact and partner with a diverse group of people within the HR function on a day to day basis (including benefits, compensations, Talent Acquisition, etc.)

  • Utilize data from the Workforce Analytics team to develop, implement, and measure the success of all compliance & risk programs.

  • Follow all Keurig Green Mountain policies and procedures

What you must have:

  • Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university majoring in Labor Relations, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related major

  • Must be in strong academic standing

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written and verbal abilities

  • Must be proficient in Power Point and Excel
