We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal in the Manchester, MA. The incumbent will play a vital role in our operations, specifically in the legal field. The role primarily involves processing legal documents, maintaining precise client records, and resolving client-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process legal documents in a timely manner

• Maintain and update client records with high precision

• Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently

• Monitor client accounts and take necessary actions

• Assist in estate planning procedures

• Act as a liaison between clients and legal practitioners

• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and policies

• Collaborate with the team to streamline legal operations

• Contribute to the growth and development of the legal department.

Requirements • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firm.

• Proficiency in legal research tools.

• Familiarity with estate planning and related legal terminologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail is paramount.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal concepts and practices.

• Capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, lawyers, and court personnel.
