We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of accounting professionals, manage month-end close processes, and implement best practices to enhance our financial systems. Responsibilities

Manage and mentor accounting staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and preparation of the monthly financial reporting package. Prepare quarterly customer profit & loss income statements, analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, monthly margin analysis and audits to identify discrepancies, bi-weekly payroll processing, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload balance to deadlines, assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
