Job Title: CAD Drafter
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in using CAD software, a high school diploma, and a desire to work in a drafting role long-term. This position requires a go-getter attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and an openness to learning new software.
Responsibilities
Utilize CAD software to create detailed drafting work
Participate in on-the-job training for the first 1-2 weeks
Work under the guidance of a QC Specialist post-training
Perform drafting tasks using Microstation
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Essential Skills
Experience or interest in using CAD software
High School Diploma
Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn new software and techniques
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree or certificate in CAD (preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, Solidworks, Revit, and other drafting software
Familiarity with Excel
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
