• Management of CSS EUMDR activities across the organization including multiple manufacturing sites

• Prioritize EUMDR engineering projects and resources,

• Provide day to day guidance to EUMDR engineering group,

• Identify and assign appropriate engineering resources for EUMDR engineering projects and activities,

• Mentor engineering technical group to achieve best product quality, safety, performance, sustainability, and maintenance,

• Demonstrate technical expertise to provide guidance and advice for remediation of existing products

• Report EUMDR engineering status o Director of CSS PD,

• Responsible for maintaining compliance and consistency of practices and work quality across engineering team,

• Identify and hire engineering staff necessary to support EUMDR engineering activities for CSS,

• Manage budget and resources including skilled professionals to achieve departmental goals,

• Assure team’s awareness of compliance with appropriate industry laws and regulations,

• Possession of Advanced Engineering degree and more than 10 years of technical experience,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or an Advanced Engineering degree

• More than 10 years of experience in Medical Device industry

• Demonstration of leadership skills in current career path

• Experience in mentoring junior engineers

• Knowledge of Medical Device product development and sustaining processes
