Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

Analyze project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information. Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and update estimates as project details change. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets.

Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Proficiency in estimation software

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Work Environment

A team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect. Work is conducted onsite Monday through Friday, first shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00
