Cardinal Health Sales Enablement Supervisor in Mansfield, Massachusetts

What Field Sales Administration/Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence (includes: data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting) and, for identifying, creating and implementing processes that are profitable, optimize and support the entire field sales organization (includes: customer contract implementation, contract compliance, strategic field sales resource deployment, on-boarding and basic training) to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization, drive operational excellence and maximize contract value.


  • Prepare Cardinal Health Brand conversion opportunities
  • Assist with Inside Sales and Marketing projects and initiatives, including GPO compliance and pricing proposals/notifications, category management, discontinued products/substitution projects and cross referencing
  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape
  • Provide sales pre-call assistance via targeting opportunities, reporting, and projects
  • Provide sales post-call assistance with sales compliance reporting, cross referencing and project
  • Post-won activities including pricing verification, submitting new and lost business maintenance and general monitoring of inventory levels for customer order readiness notifications
  • Compile customer facing documents such as business reviews and savings analysis
  • Provide support for pricing questions and resolution
  • Open and timely communication with Manager and Inside Sales leadership
  • Innovate and execute on support menu enhancements
  • Log all requests in; monitor team logging for completion
  • Identify and coordinate team training needs
  • Standard Operating Procedure creation and maintenance
  • Conduct team and individual meetings with a regular cadence
  • Monitor team workflow for balance and maintenance of service level agreements


  • Bachelors degree preferred within Business, finance or accounting or related field
  • 2 years of previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Experience in developing people and leading teams preferred
  • 2 years general business experience preferred

This job is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado
