You\'ll be: * Removing and replacing molds on Thermoforming Machinery * Maneuvering and lifting heavy molds (approx. 3ftx3ft plates) * Attaching molds with screws, bolts, and hoses * Utilizing power tools and hand-held tools * Following a checklist for setup procedures * Programming the machine to run with new molds * Ensuring adherence to production procedures and safety regulations * Standing, walking, and climbing throughout the 12-hour shift This job might be an outstanding fit if you: * Have proven experience as a machine operator or setup technician * Are mechanically inclined * Possess a working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Understand and are willing to follow and enforce production procedures * Adhere to health and safety regulations * Have the ability to read technical manuals What happens next: Once you apply, you\'ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
