A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies that provide the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively.

  • Optimizes buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication.

  • Requires knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and go to market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods.

  • Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts.

  • Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies.

  • Continually evaluates and deploys new and improved deployment methods.

  • Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as but not limited to Sales, Marketing, & Global Comms & Corp Marketing to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions.

Must have (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2 or more years of experience experience supporting Sales or Customer Operations in contract development, contract administration, quoting or general support. Computer savvy and knowledgeable of is highly preferred.

  • Advance english level.

  • Leadership experience within a team environment

  • Knowledge of contract language and formats, including pricing and rebate structures.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.

  • Adaptable team player with the ability to work with all functional areas.

  • knowledge or ability to learn new technologies rapidly.

  • Accurate, detailed and organized.

  • Customer focused analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency. Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives.

Nice to have (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong functional knowledge in following area:Configure Price Quote

  • Comprehensive understanding of complex software and information technology solutions and ability to apply to client needs.

  • Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions.

  • Goal oriented, task driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Focused on improving productivity, profitability and business processes; delivering solutions on time and within budget.

  • Excellent teamwork skills.

  • Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and vocabulary.

  • Analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Prioritization skills.

  • Meeting facilitation skills.

  • Knowledge and experience in the medical device industry.
