Job Title: 7D and CDL Bus Driver Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our transportation team. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from various destinations while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to adhere to all traffic and safety regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Safely operate a bus to transport passengers according to assigned routes and schedules. 2. Ensure the bus is in good operating condition before and after each trip, including conducting routine checks and inspections. 3. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, including those with special needs or disabilities. 4. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures. 5. Handle any emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established procedures. 6. Keep accurate records of mileage, passenger counts, and maintenance performed on the bus. 7. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and passengers as needed. 8. Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior and exterior at all times. 9. Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company. Qualifications: *Valid commercial driver\'s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement, or 7D license *Clean driving record with no traffic violations. *Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *High school diploma or equivalent preferred. *Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical Requirements: *Ability to sit for extended periods and maneuver in and out of the bus. *Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. *Good vision and hearing to ensure safe driving.
