Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position is located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, 01752-721, United States and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative duties, including handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service, and managing multiple tasks at the same time.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and efficiently direct them to the appropriate parties.
• Provide superior customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a detail-oriented manner.
• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are accurate and current.
• Manage email correspondence, responding to queries promptly and efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete clerical tasks such as document creation, data analysis, and schedule management.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth operations.
• Deliver a high level of service, always aiming for customer satisfaction.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, effectively communicating with customers and team members.
• Maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient operation of the office. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Administrative Assistant
• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent skills in email correspondence, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contacts
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint to create, edit, and present high-quality presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and formatting documents
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently TalentMatch®
