What Youll Do:

 Anaplan Solutions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across 9 divisions to build and optimize Anaplan solutions. Youll support critical business needs, including Sales Incentive Compensation, Quota Setting, Territory Management/Optimization, Headcount Planning, and Compensation Modeling.

 Continuous Improvement: Take existing Anaplan models to the next level. Continually enhance capabilities, add new features, and resolve any errors in current models.

 Streamlined Processes: Work closely with IT partners, other applications, and business units. Streamline data flows, identify automation opportunities, and boost overall efficiency.

 Insightful Reporting: Elevate reporting capabilities. Provide deeper insights and analytics from existing model data.

 Empowerment: Provide training through sharing Anaplan Model Building best practices with divisional compensation analysts. Empower them to unlock Anaplans full potential.

This position is targeting a yearly salary ranging from $110-130k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

- 2+ years of experience with Anaplan

- 3-5+ total years of experience within Sales Operations, Finance, etc. familiar with sales compensation and commissions process

- Expert level Excel experience - Can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail in data accuracy

- Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced matrix environment, prioritize own work, and adhere to tight deadlines null
