Robert Half is currently working with a client looking to hire a Banking Clerk. The Banking Clerk will ideally have previous customer service experience and a general knowledge of banking or financial services. Entry level candidates are welcome as long as they have a desire to work as a Banking Clerk and strong interpersonal skills. This Banking Clerk position could be the one for you if you have excellent customer service skills and strong data entry capabilities.

3 MONTH CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT

VACCINATION REQUIRED!

Your responsibilities

• Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) software to perform data entry

• Support cash management activities

• Verify accuracy of customer information while processing transactions

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients in a banking environment

• Manage all customer questions regarding bank accounts, credit cards, and loan products

  Requirements - 1+ year providing exemplary customer service

• AA or BS/BA preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Outstanding organizational skills
