Responsibilities

As a Batch Mixer your primary responsibility is to ensure that the correct amounts of good quality raw ingredients are used in the preparation of our products (dressing and sauce), in a timely manner for our packaging lines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employees must be able to comprehend and follow processes control instructions and/or formula recipes and procedures.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
