As a College & Talent Acquisition Programme Manager at Hologic, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust talent acquisition strategies that align with our ethos of growing talent from within. You will oversee our college recruitment initiatives and manage development programs aimed at attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier early-career professionals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our workforce and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-potential talent to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the strategy and execution of US college recruitment efforts, establishing strong relationships with targeted educational institutions.

  • Design and manage internship and co-op programs that provide meaningful, mission-driven experiences for participants and a valuable talent pipeline for Hologic.

  • Implement innovative sourcing and recruitment tactics to attract diverse candidates with a high potential for future leadership roles.

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for program participants, from outreach to offer and onboarding.

  • Track and analyse program success metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on talent acquisition effectiveness and ROI.

  • Drive and deliver wider Talent Acquisition projects from DEI to employer branding, vendor management to Oracle functionality improvements in accordance to the global TA goals and objectives.

  • Champion Hologic's culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in talent acquisition and development practices.

  • Promote internal mobility and career progression, supporting Hologic's talent lens of growing talent from within.

Knowledge :

  • Deep understanding of the college recruitment landscape and early-career development programs.

  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

  • A track record of building college programs from scratch in large organisations or driving existing college programs from good to great.

  • Awareness of top tier and ivy league schools and contacts to develop partnerships with.

Skills :

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with educational institutions, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. This includes using relevant tools and technologies to achieve this.

  • Proficiency in leveraging social media and digital platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
