What you’ll do
Work alongside commercial leadership and Cytiva ComEx/Ops team to identify key priorities and align commercial excellence activities to build a set of scalable and dynamic commercial processes. Ensure operating mechanisms are established cross-business.
Drives Sales Force excellence by optimizing territory coverage and field sales force deployment strategies with the regional leaders
Help establish key metrics relevant to the success of the business; identify performance gaps & drivers.
Work closely with L&D organization to design and launch relevant trainings for the commercial teams. Ensure effective onboarding of new members in the team and proper training on CRM and digital tools
Partner with the other functions (e.g. order management, variable compensation, CRM) to improve sales team efficiency, motivation and effectiveness
Work alongside regional leaders and marketing to ensure the Design-In process is closely monitored, implemented and optimized.
Accountable, along with commercial leadership, for adoption and utility rates of key CRM tools measured both as quantity and quality of usage. Ensure consistent uniform use of tools globally, like SFDC.
Drive continuous improvement of sales and bid process, sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems. Help to ensure horizontal process alignment between commercial, operations, finance and other key stakeholders. Sets stretching KPIs and objectives for the team and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement.
Who you are
5-10+ years of successful commercial experience
Knowledge and experience of commercial excellence, salesforce effectiveness, work on large complex sales/marketing processes or handling SFE projects
Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
Proven leadership skills including the ability to coach and influence within a matrix environment and to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals
Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
Initiative and self-confidence.
Strong management skills and team player
Willingness and ability to travel
Strongly compliance driven
