What you’ll do!

  • Use existing analytical models and develop new methods to deliver standard and ad hoc reporting to support business reviews, market analysis, and quarterly planning

  • Prepare reports on project status, analytics/metrics, and other reports as needed

  • Build, join, and manage sophisticated data sets into a comprehensive data visualization platform (e.g. BI tools, Excel, etc.) that drive root cause analysis of problems

  • Perform day to day Salesforce.com administrative tasks and address production support issues. Tasks include data updates, ad-hoc reporting, and user account management

  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams to identify sales fluctuations vs. forecast vs. prior periods within several dimensions, such as account, market, etc

  • Execute on specific reporting and analysis responsibilities in coordination with the internal Customers through the creation of reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com

  • Support data quality efforts through the use and management of various data quality and reporting tools including Salesforce.com.

Who you are!

  • Bachelor's degree Required

  • 2+ years of related/relevant professional experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Outstanding Salesforce.com reporting skills

  • Thinks strategically and creatively

  • Self-starter who perseveres to reach goals, even when faced with challenge

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) allowing for confident representation of the BioPharma business.

  • Excellent diplomacy, integrity, and time management

  • Digitally adept in software like Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com
