Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for skilled Compliance Risk Analyst jobs in Marlborough, MA 01752 (on-site required). M-F 8am-5pm!
These are contract opportunities, with a starting pay rate of $ 35.00/hr.
As a reminder, this role is being Recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
Compliance Risk Analyst Responsibilities:
Partner with internal teams to implement and track corporate compliance training completions, managing escalation processes when necessary.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve discrepancies related to training content and enrollment.
Analyze training completion trends year over year, identifying areas of improvement and successes through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Support automation efforts to enhance the follow-up process for training completions, including drafting documentation for new process improvements.
Participate in design and planning meetings for compliance training courses, contributing to the development of annual training calendars.
Facilitate the Third-Party Screening process, including monthly analysis and adjudication, with diligence and escalation of issues to the Legal team.
Regularly communicate and collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment on risk reduction strategies and program goals.
Assist the Risk Assurance Manager with other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Compliance Risk Analyst Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, analytics, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
