City Wide Facility Solutions Night Manager in Marlborough, Massachusetts

Position summary: Assist with management of contract compliance of designated building maintenance services (as noted in the client Scope of Services) as well as maintain the relationship between City Wide and the various Independent Contractors.

Essential duties and responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

General responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular route schedule for client visits

  • Evaluate independent contractors based on current City Wide parameters and expectations made by City Wide’s clients

  • Manage to City Wide operational protocols for contract compliance: complaint policy, continuous improvement notes

  • Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected IC

  • Monitor City Wide client’s consumable supplies as needed

  • Monitor and ensure IC’s compliance of City Wide’s standards of professionalism

  • Conduct daily end-of-day discussions with AMs to review objectives and goals for nightly route

  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of Independent Contractors to perform various services for City Wide

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors

Administrative:

  • Submit nightly reports to AM at end of shift

  • Prepare for and participate in all scheduled meetings

  • Prepare and submit timely all required monthly reports

Additional responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract compliance of managed NJS projects as needed

  • Contribute to ongoing development of operations strategy
