What you’ll do
As a Data & Cloud Engineering Manager you will take ownership of leading team, designing, building, and managing Analytics pipelines for Enterprise Data & Analytics. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive Analytics Landscape of TJX. You will partner with other Data Analytics teams and Business Stakeholders to showcase new data technologies.
What you’ll need

Critical (non-negotiable) skills needed:
Must have 5+ years Engineering experience in relevant technical domain (as per the Job Family Matrix for Engineering Manager)
Architect, design, implement solutions for Enterprise Data and Analytics
Lead team and implement best practices
Guide the development team in delivering the best data solutions to the business
Design data solutions for business by working with architects, product managers and product owners
Develop and plan the technology architecture, tools and processes for business needs
Secondary (nice to have) skills:
Experience in Talend for implementing large scale Data Engineering projects
Experience in Data Engineering and DevOps knowledge
Experience in programing languages like Python, Shell Scripting and Scala.
Experience in Linux, Windows and Spark platforms
Good communication skills and team work focus mindset.
