What you’ll do

  • Build and complete a coordinated regional marketing plan. In partnership with Product and Sales teams as well as Field Marketing colleagues, ensure execution of impactful content and marketing tactics. This includes accountability for sales teams to be properly trained and equipped.

  • Develop and implement demand creation and funnel acceleration tactics for the Bioprocess Upstream business area; support products and solutions, commercial launch plans, and installed base marketing initiatives.

  • Work with sales teams on both a segment and account-by-account basis to assist commercial opportunities and relationships, constantly reviewing customer data to identify future actions.

  • Manage Priority Account marketing strategies to support Account Managers and Sales Specialists in selling products and solutions, with an ultimate focus on the customers' needs and intended outcomes.

  • Focus on customer applications and customer segments related to the Cell and Gene Therapy area in the United States and Canada.

Who you are

  • Knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy fields, industry dynamics, developments and technology applications

  • 3+ years commercial marketing experience with demonstrated application of: customer segmentation, digital marketing, marketing data analysis - SalesForceDotCom CRM, content marketing and utilization of social media in a business context

  • Experience in a commercial environment. For example; sales, key account management, sales management, marketing, scientific support.

  • Willingness and ability to travel within US and Canada.
