This is an opportunity to join the Airborne Protected Communications Systems Finance team within RI&S as a Manager II Program Cost Scheduling and Control. The effective candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders in the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain as well as CAMS Key team members to support financial reviews and guide implementation of a Red POI program. This position will manage an annual revenue stream of over $60M in 2021 and be coupled with broad scope capture & organization activities for a soon to be established product line IDIQ.

In this role, the candidate will lead a team of 2 in executing a variety of program and financial control actions, including supporting quarterly Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), Monthly Operation Reviews (MBRs), and contract-specific external deliverables (CPR/CFSR). External reporting will be limited to select CLINs within the total contract umbrella and have full time analyst support. In addition, primary responsibilities will include utilizing the full complement of program controls tools (Business Warehouse, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted EVMS analysis that guides efficiencies and meets internal and external EVMS compliance standards.

This position will be an integrated part of a fast paced finance team where tactical thinking, multitasking and personal initiative are key requirements. The effective candidate will be able to provide support for ad hoc data reporting as well as participating in senior level projects and product-line initiatives. The program has high visibility at all levels of the CAMS and RI&S organizations; frequent exposure to senior administration should be expected.

Key Contributions Will Include And Are Not Limited To:

• Proposal development

• Performance measurement against established budgets

• Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation

• Internal & External Earned Value management and tracking

• Frequent customer communication

• Rplan forecasting

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant Finance work experience

• Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office suite

• Experience with key finance tools including PRISM, Business Warehouse, PMX and APEX

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and EACs.

• Self-guided, self-motivated, and highly organized

Required Education

• B.S in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics
