Job Description

  • Project Scope:For this position, we are looking for someone with systems administration experience as we are currently working on a project for a major software conversion for our mortgage origination software.

  • Subject Matter Expert with Mortgage LOS / POS. Add/Change/Remove access, products, fees, guidelines and documents. Stay on top of new regulations and company objectives. Be a driving force in upgrades/conversions.

  • Onboard new mortgage employees ensuring a consistent experience.

  • Partner with vendors for implementations, maintenance and enhancements. Ensure compliance with member facing documents.

  • Ensure the call monitoring system is accurately maintained and adjusted as needed.

  • Establish project communications, monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure status and issues are reported to business lead, executive sponsors, and senior management on a timely basis.

  • Prepare periodic status reports to management as requested. Create and implement support transition plans to ensure new products and features have documented support processes in place prior to release.

  • Lead testing efforts and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with mortgage department staff and leadership team to implement special projects, incorporates program testing and system maintenance.

  • Perform analysis of the mortgage portfolio and pipeline management. Maintain, create and verify reports to ensure integrity of data and support strategic and operational decision making for the leadership team.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless coordination among all parties in a professional manner.

  • Assists in audit requests from senior management.

  • Must be able to work within a team environment as well as an individual contributor.

  • Assist with the development and enhancements of department efficiencies.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
