Join our team in the expanding Protected Communications Systems (PCS) product line as a Ground and Maritime Program Cost Scheduling and Control Analyst supporting the Air Force Minuteman MEECN Program Upgrade (MMPU) and the Communication Installation and Sustainment Support Contract (CISSC).

PCS is part of the growing Communications & Airspace Management Systems mission area, the leading provider of military communications solutions for defense transformation, within the Raytheon Intelligence & Space business. PCS has over 30 years of expertise in Protected Satellite Communication (SATCOM), Multi-Level Security Communications, and has developed, manufactured, and fielded every AEHF terminal in use today. MMPU/CISSC efforts are sustainment programs with $250M+ current and projected follow-on efforts, including Next Generation capabilities.

In this role, the effective candidate will implement a variety of program and financial control activities, including supporting quarterly Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and contract-specific external deliverables. In addition, primary responsibilities will include utilizing the full suite of program controls tools (Analysis for Office, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted EVMS analysis that guides efficiencies and meets EVMS compliance standards. The candidate will be a technical analysis focal point for Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Program Office to support the development of various program forecasts, sales outlooks, funding and billing projections, variance analysis, as well as the maintenance of robust program logs and baseline control processes.

This position is an integral part of a fast paced, high performing finance team where tactical thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements. The effective candidate will be able to collaborate and partner with functional team members to provide program reporting/products to all levels of internal/ external leadership.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant Finance work experience

Excellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)

Proficient knowledge and use of the SAP functions

Ability to obtain Raytheon EVMS Certification

Good written and verbal skills

Required Education:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant Finance work experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business Major
