The Project Manager, Equipment Effectiveness for Cytiva is responsible to oversee the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, data analytics, and project management, with a focus on improving equipment reliability and performance.

This position is part of the Service R&D team located in US-Marlborough and will be an ON-SITE role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of predictive maintenance projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies and programs to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime, Continuously evaluate and refine predictive maintenance processes and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning application to predict equipment failures and optimize maintenance schedules, monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Automation and Digital to ensure seamless project integration and execution.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in predictive maintenance and asset management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Prefer 2-3 years' experience in managing predictive maintenance projects with strong understanding of predictive maintenance principles, technologies, and tools.

  • Prefer 3+ years' project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

  • Experience in the BioTechnology industry.

  • Knowledge of IoT, AI, and machine learning applications in maintenance.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
