ENTRUST Solutions Group Project Scheduler in Marlborough, Massachusetts

Introduction: We're looking for detail-oriented and proactive Schedulers to join us. In this role, you'll be developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera (P6). You'll also handle resource and cost loading, and work closely with project management to keep everything on track. Reviewing change orders, leading scheduling meetings, and analyzing project finance trends to provide recommendations to Project Managers will also be part of your day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities: You'll be developing and maintaining project schedules, conducting resource and cost loading, and collaborating with project management to update schedules. You'll review change orders, lead scheduling meetings, and inform stakeholders of any changes. Analyzing project finance trends and providing recommendations, preparing and monitoring cost plans, managing project data flow, and maintaining project information will also be part of your role. Plus, you'll provide cost control and schedule support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates Degree

  • 5+ years of experience driving project schedules & controls process within the utilities, engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), or related space

  • Experience with Primavera P6

  • Experience with resource and cost loading along with project controls

  • MS Office (Emphasis on Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Proven success in partnering with a diverse pool of stakeholders to help drive projects to completion (on time & on budget)

  • Proven experience taking ownership of assigned deliverables and successfully achieving results beyond expectations
