Sales Audit Digital Financial Coordinator

Are you passionate about accounting / finance and retail? Are you someone that enjoys working in a growth oriented business? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our Operational Accounting – Sales Audit Digital team!


  • Reviews daily credit card wire files to ensure alignment between the stock ledger, enterprise order management system, and bank deposits

  • Assists with the monthly close functions, including preparation of journal entries as well as assisting with researching variances for resolution

  • Identifies all variances due to missing transactions and/or failed transactions; researches the underlying cause for why transactions are missing or failed and accounts for them accordingly

  • Communicates with management as well as any necessary teams/groups regarding potential systemic issues discovered in performing duties

  • Documents processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Recommends changes to improve the efficiency of the process

  • Prepares and maintains logs of various transactions impacted by systemic defects

  • Communicates with appropriate associates within 3rd party representatives, Marketing, Loss Prevention, and Customer Service throughout the process to assist with information as necessary

  • Trains associates as required

  • Performs or assists with special projects and analyses as required


  • 1-3 years ofAccounting, Audit or related Finance experience preferred

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, or related discipline

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptable and flexible to systematic issues and changes to normal daily functions

  • Fast learner and the ability to adapt to changes in the business and operations

  • High level of curiosity to explore, learn and understand business information

  • Strong sense of urgency around delivery of reports and project deadlines

  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize a workload

  • Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
