The Senior Manager, Organisation and Talent Planning for Cytiva is responsible for driving and supporting core talent management activities including engagement, performance management, and advancing our talent pipeline.

This position is part of the Talent Management team within the HR function, with preferred location at one of our sites in the US or EMEA. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Champion Engagement Initiatives: Spearhead the new associate survey and engagement strategy for Cytiva for 2024 and beyond. Lead, inspire, and empower a dedicated team of engagement champions to utilize survey results effectively, foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive positive business outcomes.

  • Performance Management Optimisation: Support wing-to-wing performance management activities, providing robust support to business and HR teams, ensuring the seamless execution of annual processes with relevant guidance and training.

  • Strategic Talent Development: Act as a strategic partner in critical activities aimed at pipeline growth, succession planning, and the targeted development of talent across the organization. Ensure our talent strategies align with organizational goals to cultivate a robust and future-ready workforce.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related discipline with demonstrated experience in a medium to large organisation.

  • Experienced in managing engagement-related activities in a complex, cross Expertise in performance management principles and methodologies, driving organisational improvements in quality and development outcomes.

  • Strong ability to coach and facilitate discussion with global leaders both virtual and in-person.

  • Adaptable and agile in fast-paced settings, responsive to changing business and stakeholder demands

  • Strong data analysis and evaluation skills for informed decision-making.

  • Positive mindset with a passion for advancing and improving our foundational HR processes and talent framework.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiar with Danaher Business Systems and process-focused, continuous improvement environments.

  • Qualifications in coaching and leadership development highly regarded, along with certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) with practical HR application.

  • Experienced in managing and launching global projects and monitoring progress.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
