This opportunity is for an experienced engineer (5+ years) to integrate into a senior product line team working in an agile development environment with opportunities for growth into a IPT lead role. Flexibility to work hybrid schedule with remote and on-site availability in the Metro West, MA area. Desired technical skills listed below.
Required Skills: • Very strong communication skills & ability to explain concepts to all company levels• Extremely strong problem-solving logic & analysis• Strong technical writing skills• Self-motivated & able to develop tasks independently• Python/scripting (Code adaptation & editing, advanced scripting)• Windows-based security & administration (Group Policy/STIG Configs, Active Directory, Certificate Services)• System security design, development, configuration, & integration (Architecture, IAM, Zero Trust, IDS/IPS, CM)• Automation integration (More than once, automate it whenever possible with any available means)• Virtualized systems & environments• 5+ years program engineering experience in Object Oriented Design• Familiarity with using Linux/Unix workstation and familiar with Linux commands • Experienced in using integrated software development tools, such as Jenkins, GIT, VisualStudio• Experience with HTML and XML schemas• Knowledge of communication technology such as TCP/IP, HTTP • Experienced in using software development tools, such as gradle/Eclipse/artifactory• Has worked in an Agile/Scrum environment and is familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.• Candidate should be well versed in software configuration management and version control, preferably has used Git
