Northeast Ed & Developmental Support Ctr House Manager in Marstons Mills, Massachusetts

Now offering a \$3,250 sign-on bonus (\$1,625 upon hire & \$1,625 after 6 months of employment) to hired Full Time candidates for all locations. Hourly rate is \$25-27 an hour. This position is eligible for overtime. The NEEDS Center is a local non-profit organization that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities & we are now hiring a Full Time Program Coordinator for our Marston Mills, MA residential home! In this position you will assist & support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. Responsibilities include: Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services & professional practice. Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator & Program Specialist staff. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of a residential program. Schedule includes evening & weekend shifts. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor\'s Degree At least 2 years of experience working in residential environment. Good supervisory & communication (verbal & written) skills.
