Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe LIHTC Program Manager in Mashpee, Massachusetts

Summary: The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is seeking a highly motivated individual responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and staff to ensure the highest quality of performance for the LIHTC Program. The Program Manager will prepare and maintain the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) records. Perform a variety of office activities to implement Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs and other rental assistance programs. Assist with office management duties as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide professional customer service with incoming communication such as calls, office emails, voicemail, and in-person clients Maintain office records by copying, filing, organizing, and archiving documents in paper and electronic form Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment Process invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software November 7, 2022 Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail Assists Director with fiscal activities to include budget preparation, grant drawdowns, and develop tracking system for program funds appropriations Research property owners to identify potential housing resources for Tribal housing services Maintain a department client housing search list Maintain client database for Housing Department Responsible for managing calendars, making travel arrangements, meeting and events scheduling, preparing correspondence, and reports Maintain Housing Commissioner?s records and scheduling Aligns work priorities with strategic organizational goals Travels and attends trainings and meetings on-site and off-site Performs other duties as assigned by Housing Department Director Preference given to qualified Native American candidates in accordance with the Indian Preference Act of 1934 (Title 25, U.S.C., Section 472)
