Analyst – Compliance
Job Summary
Our Compliance Analysts are responsible for confirming the audit processes that the costs for clients’ programs have been recorded in various client-specific systems to ensure accurate and complete business and pharmaceutical compliance reporting. You will be working alongside the compliance team to create complete and accurate aggregate spending reporting to provide to clients on a timely basis. In this role, you will focus approximately 75% of your time on auditing and 25% on aggregate spend.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performing regular (weekly and or monthly) audits of all spending for specific clients, ensuring that all amounts on source documents match those stored in various client-specific systems. Perform the functions of both compliance and general ledger audits for assigned clients.
Supporting auditing and aggregate spend reporting across all verticals of the company
Performing sanction checks for HCPs to support the new contract process
Performing HCP vetting as requested to support speaker programs and events

Prepare a summary of audit results and share them with teams for corrections and re-audits as required.
Re-auditing as adjustments are made and communicated by the teams.
Documenting a clear audit trail to ensure all required changes are made accurately.
Creating and maintaining client-specific work instructions related to business rules that impact spend and logistics.
Ad hoc projects to provide support for speaker programs, events, or compliance team.
Ad hoc projects to assist others in the agency.
Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
Independently communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding program compliance and spend.
Driving process improvement through regular assessment of current processes, developing recommendations and evaluating client systems' functionality.
Assisting in developing and maintaining relevant Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and guidance documents related to key areas within Compliance.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-2 years of related experience with healthcare compliance preferred.
1-2 years of related experience with data entry in applications such as Veeva or Cvent, preferred.
Superior organizational skills, prioritizing workload for current and future deadlines and deliverables.
Excellent communication skills to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Superior computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, especially spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools. Knowledge of CVENT, Veeva Events, DNA, and related event-management applications is preferred.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 10 pounds and physically participate in the movement, set-up, and storage of event-related items/materials
Travel Requirments
This position requires up to 5% travel
