Opportunity Overview:

Join FNBO’s Gen6 Ventures team to help us revolutionize consumer payments by creating a digital credit card services business. This business will deliver the speed and agility that digital-first fintechs and API-driven brands need to drive loyalty and value through card payments.

Our Credit Card-as-a-Service ("CaaS") platform is led by technology and being built with a product mindset; shifting away from how legacy card issuers work today. This journey to create something new and innovative needs an individual to join our team who can embrace a start-up mentality, work alongside a high-functioning team and commit to exceeding expectations.

The Product Manager (PM) will work closely with our strategic partners to design and build the key features of the credit card product. You will participate in cross-functional engagements with business, technology and operations teams and additionally external vendors. A successful PM will be detail-oriented, collaborative and excel with execution. You will also need to apply market analysis, customer feedback and strategic objectives towards the ongoing development of the product construct.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the broader team to continually discover why customers and consumers want these products

  • Assist with defining the product construct and facilitate ongoing product iteration

  • Be a subject matter expert in the products’ functionality, operation and third-party providers

  • Ensure effective partnerships across all business and technology teams for product-related efforts

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • “Walk the floor” with operational teams and engage in daily activities to collect feedback and improve the products

  • Communicate status updates to leadership and exercise oversight of product implementation for development and engineering teams

  • Manage technical handoffs to ensure product requirements are met and deadlines are achieved

  • Involve internal and external consultants as appropriate for quality control

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required and ideal candidates have a at least three (3) years experience with product management in a financial services organization

  • Experience in credit card industry preferred

  • Passionate about understanding and solving customer problems

  • Curious spirit, seeks learning opportunities and personal development

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $68,471.00-$109,767.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Omaha - FN Tower

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
