Medtronics U.S. Sales Enablement team is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and support our customer insights tool and conversion excellence program. In this exciting role, the Specialist will be involved with project and standard work on program administration, data management, and creation of training documents.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Customer Insights Platform Support:
Manage day-to-day operations of customer insights platform, troubleshooting and directing email requests.
Provide technical support, which may include program/tool training, program/tool documentation, data manipulation
Maintain team Intake form, project notes and action items/next steps related to vendor/team calls
Monitor platform data sets such as user licenses, product lists, accounts, and other data as needed.
Suggest and make process improvements to work methods to solve problems that are both routine and incidental
Manage and update as needed internal stakeholder/business/admin reports in support of customer insights platform/conversion excellence program
Maintain (create as needed) training documentation, FAQs, and SOPs for customer insights tool.
Provide insights and data through the customer insights tool reporting software as needed to leadership, such as visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop, Excel, tableau etc.
Connecting data sources, importing/exporting data, and transforming data for Business intelligence; vendor sFTP management
Partner with IT and business lead for projects related to migration of functionality of customer insights tool; Participate in user story acceptance testing as needed.
Conversion Program Support:
Work cross functionally on project teams and develop relationships with internal partners; Communicate with internal contacts within and outside of immediate team
Partner with various OUs to understand Best Practices, needs and gather voice of customer (VOC) as needed
Provide project or program support to the Sales Enablement project teams, consultants, and directors
Manage and update content on centralized SharePoint site
Preferred locations of North Haven, CT or Mansfield, MA to attend occasional on-site or in-person meetings as needed.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in lieuof experience
Nice to Have
Proficient using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams); Strong Excel user with knowledge of multiple functions.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
SharePoint or Web Design
Ability to assess, analyze, and condense complex data sets
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Experienced and effective in different meeting settings, commands attention and can manage group
Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.
Experience delivering and supporting business critical applications in a fast-paced corporate environment
Experience working with adult educational learning and/or field sales organizations in a health care environment
Experience analyzing and responding to VOC
