business efficiently with the appropriate cost, risk and service level trade-offs. Technology Services also provides external client consulting and expert advisory within the Technology Advisory practice.

Role Overview:

Site Reliability Engineers at Ankura play a pivotal role in supporting hosted Business Applications within the Technology Services Organization by participating in the development, implementation, and management of technology services and solutions.

Reporting to the Manager of the Business Application Engineering team, the ideal candidate will provide support in routine to moderately complex areas such as systems analysis and application support of hosted solutions as well as collaborate closely with other IT professionals to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Ankura cloud-based systems and applications. Serve as technical resource to project teams in delivering assessments, proposals, implementing requests, and solutions.

This role is remote, located in the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Develop automation scripts and templates for provisioning, configuration, and orchestration of cloud resources using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

• Implement and manage cloud-based networking, security, and identity/access management solutions to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data and applications.

• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity utilization using monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Stackdriver.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed

• Participate in Incident Management and Problem Management

• Assist in performing Root Cause analysis

• Support small to large scale research and development initiatives and/or projects involving the implementation of new technologies and solutions.

• Gather facts and data to be used in the review of proposals which consist of objectives, scope, and expectations.

• Document cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reference and knowledge sharing.

• Participate in regular on call work, as part of an on-call team

Required Technical Skillsets:

• Hands-on experience with cloud orchestration and configuration management tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Chef

• Experience troubleshooting software application issues and identifying issues related to errors, functionality, and performance.

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

• Understanding of scalable applications and state-of-the-art architectures.

• Acquaintance with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Aptitude in cloud orchestration, deployment, infrastructure automation, security and compliance

• Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools for performance optimization and troubleshooting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Understanding of AI technologies such as GPT

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum tenure of 5-7 years in Information Technology with history of career progression

• Track record of timely project deliveries

• Demonstrable aptitude in learning new technologies

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
