Work as a contributor on a team to assess business needs, evaluate existing systems, document system requirements, and determine appropriate integrated solutions. Prepares specifications for use in the development process, coordinates and reviews the work of developers or programmers, and tests deliverables prior to deployment to customer sites. Develops and maintains detailed project documentation. May provide ongoing training and support to client organizations.

Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems. Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or systems or related discipline or equivalent levels of work experience.
Required Skills:
Experience with AWS Cloud environment
Experience in both Windows and Linux environments
Programming knowledge - command-line scripting and some type of application programing
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Good customer interaction skills
Troubleshooting, debugging and analysis skills of technical solutions
US citizenship only, no dual citizenship
Ability to pass multiple state and/or federal background check
0-2 years of professional experience
Having experience in the following areas would be a plus
Kubernetes/Docker
Active Directory/LDAP
Software design and development
Agile methodologies
Automation, Ci/CD, and DevOps processes
Configuration management tools (i.e., Ansible, PowerShell, Chef, etc.…)
