Key Account Manager - Trinchero Family Estates (Carolina Division) Description This role will support sales representatives and managers in delivering specialized services to accounts, requiring extensive knowledge of the Trinchero Family Estates portfolio of wines and spirits. This involves driving new distribution and increasing volume by actively promoting the portfolio across both off-premise and on-premise channels. Key responsibilities include educating key accounts, organizing and managing trade events, conducting sampling and in-store tastings, leading staff training sessions, leveraging social media, and contributing to the success of major trade initiatives. This role is located in Boston North MA area. In this role, you will serve as an internal and external training resource, offering consultative support to customers and distributor employees. This self-starter role requires a strong sense of initiative, an understanding of resources, budgeting skills, and the ability to analyze and report on qualitative and quantitative results. Both day and evening work will be required. Key Accountabilities: Demonstrate proven and measurable sales management skills Deliver key account presentations and exhibit business expertise Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) Develop and implement innovative sales management strategies Drive volume and profit growth Execute joint business plans with a sell-through approach Identify and communicate competitive selling initiatives Exhibit excellent communication skills and attention to detail Implement complex selling strategies effectively Possess strong consumer and brand acumen Continuously expand knowledge on complex brands and related marketing strategies Display strong interpersonal skills Show self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a level of achievement Requirements Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Education/Experience/Training: High school diploma or equivalent required College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred Candidate must possess valid Massachusetts driver\'s license and registration Flexible work hours as required to complete all necessary job functions Three to five years\' experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry experience Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Physical Demands and Environment: Physical exertion, including regularly lifting objects up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting objects up to 40 pounds Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday Maintain focused mental and visual concentration to effectively execute complex tasks. Travel as needed, with exposure to various weather conditions while visiting customers, prospects, or vendors Potential for accidents related to road travel including traffic accidents, delivery of goods, or display setup
