Description Robert Half is working with a large client looking for help in their Credit and Collections team. In this role, you'll manage collections for assigned territories by running aging reports, monitoring past due accounts, and contacting delinquent customers. Responsibilities include tracking payment deadlines, enforcing contractual rights, and consulting with the Credit & Collections Manager on payment arrangements. You’ll also facilitate monthly video conferences to discuss delinquent accounts, maintain detailed customer records, process payments, and handle credit applications, while ensuring confidentiality. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collections Specialist or a related role.

• Proficiency in commercial collections is required.

• Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.

• Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with construction accounting will be considered a strong asset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

• Experience with Navision software will be considered advantageous.

• Must adhere to detail oriented standards, including confidentiality and ethical conduct.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Experience in negotiating payment plans and resolving collection disputes.
