JOB SUMMARY
As the Shipper, you’ll prepare CGIT Bus System for shipping.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
With direction, make various dunnage and boxes out of wood or steel.
With direction, move finished material and raw material.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Assemble and install shipping caps.
Understand and use crane hand signals.
Clean work area each day and put tools back in their proper location.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Massachusetts Operating Engineers 1B license
At least a HS Diploma or GED, preferred.
Able to read tape measure and blueprints.
Experience with overhead crane, ratchet straps, rubber hammer, stencil, tape measure, wood saws, drill, pneumatic tools, fork trucks, acetylene torches and hand tools.
Able to work outside in different temperatures.
