Job Description

  1. 32 hrs/week, Day / evening every other weekend

  2. Responsible for patient care of assigned patients under the general direction of the Emergency Department Medical Director with direct supervision by the Attending Physician and Registered Nurse. Administers patient care within academic and clinical preparation; adheres to policies, procedures and standards for practice as established by MelroseWakefield Healthcare System.

Qualifications

Education :

  1. Graduate of an approved Paramedic Training program.

  2. Certification as an EMT-P required.

  3. Certification in ACLS. BTLS preferred.

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years field experience as a paramedic.

Skills/Abilities:

Demonstrated technical and advanced life support skills.
