Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an experienced Patient Access / Registration Representative (BSR) to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators at our Sprinfield, MA 175 Carew street location. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors. The BSR is Responsible for the accurate registration, co-pay collection and scheduling of patients within the practices. Assists internal and external customers with all clerical tasks within the office. Individual must communicate in a positive, professional manner and maintain a high level of customer service.

You Will Be Responsible For:
Ensure that charge capture documents include appropriate CPT, ICD-9, and HCPCS codes
Enter patient registrations into the physician billing software system.
Verify active primary and secondary third-party payer insurance coverage eligibility
Screen incoming calls and office visitors
Maintain schedules and appointments for physicians
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks
- Experience : Experience within a medical office or billing department preferred. Knowledge of patient billing and Medical terminology preferred.
