We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator in Methuen, Massachusetts. This role is in the healthcare industry, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. You will be tasked with various responsibilities, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategy development.

Must be bilingual with Spanish and English

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract medical professionals.

• Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to our healthcare organization's needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications and experience to ensure the best possible match for our organization.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

• Collaborate closely with team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

• Promote our healthcare organization as an employer of choice within the medical community.

• Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance our employer brand presence.

Requirements • Must have a strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and its functionalities.

• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting is crucial, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Demonstrated expertise in Recruiting Activities such as creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.

• Proven track record in developing, planning, and executing Recruiting Efforts to attract high-quality candidates.

• Prior experience in organizing and participating in Recruiting Events, such as job fairs and networking events.

• Familiarity with various Recruiting Functions, including employer branding, applicant tracking, and candidate management.

• Deep knowledge of the Recruiting Industry, including current trends, best practices, and legal regulations.

• Should be able to use various Recruiting Sources effectively, such as job boards, social networking sites, and employee referrals.

• Experience in Recruitment - High Volume, with the ability to manage numerous open positions simultaneously.
